President
A multi-industry executive with 20 years of experience in project, program and
executive management, he has proven success in managing all aspects of business
administration including IT applications and technology
infrastructure. He has successfully designed and implemented effective
governance processes and project management methodologies. Mr. Batenburg
has proven leadership capabilities in consolidating and standardizing
technology infrastructure, business processes and practices, and
establishing strategies to maximize profitability while reducing
overall costs. His background includes successfully managing the
integration and centralization of IT and service delivery organizations
as part of merger activity of large, medium and small, public and
private companies.
Dick Batenburg
Dick Batenburg has joined BATMANN Consulting as EVP of Sales. Mr. Batenburg served
11 years as Oracle Corporation Area Vice President, Strategic Accounts in the
Communication, Financial, Hi-Tech and Retail Industry. Prior to Oracle, Mr.
Batenburg was Regional Vice President for Tandem Computers for 14 years.
Paul
Ousterhout
Mr. Ousterhout brings 20 years of progressive responsibility
executing the duties of Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Director
and WebMaster. The responsibilities of these positions included
software design and development focused on increasing organizational
exit value. This was achieved by designing and creating proprietary
tools, databases, e-commerce, honing transaction processing
to a high level of efficiency, Mr. Ousterhout also designed & implemented
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) packages, sales force
automation, inventory procurement, distribution, analysis,
maintenance and warranty systems. Mr. Ousterhout has managed
teams of developers and simultaneous development projects
through full life-cycle, design, build, and implementation
resulting in systems that increased revenue (and/or decreased costs)
measurably and permanently.
Mark Radtke
Mr. Radtke has over 16 years of experience in Project and Program
Management (PMO) focusing on full lifecycle e-Business, e-Commerce,
Mobile Workforce Management (WFM) projects as well as application
development and implementation, enterprise-level branding strategies,
information systems security, and network and systems management.
Mr. Radtke's proficiencies include budgetary management, Total Quality
Management (TQM), technical process development and strategic planning.
Mr. Radtke also provides organizational, technical, and operational
infrastructure assessment capabilities to define and implement strategies,
solutions, and processes achieving consistent and measurable results.
Pauline Bevier
Ms. Bevier has more than 15 years of executive assistant and office management experience. Starting her career at Department of the Interior in Washington, DC, she was an Executive Assistant and Scheduler for the Secretary of the Interior, where she gained a wide range of skills invaluable to future employers. She continued her career in the private sector and has worked in several high profile and diverse industries, including telecommunications, health care, broadcast media, graphic design, and software development. In addition to interacting with clients, maintaining the schedule of CEO Richard Batenburg and ensuring BATMANN Consulting is running smoothly, she handles all HR responsibilities and assists with Marketing and Public Relations of the growing business. She earned a BS degree from the University of Northern Colorado to add to her extensive knowledge.
