Robert Beer
Mr. Beer has over thirty years experience in data analysis, system design and development, data base design and analysis, system conversion, and documentation within the fields of manufacturing, media, accounting, education, cable systems, and telecommunications. Since 1997, he has worked as a Systems Conversion Consultant specializing in the media, education, ISP, cable, and telecommunications industries, with the majority of his focus on cable and telecommunications systems. Mr. Beer's attributes include close attention to detail, creativity in solving issues, and client satisfaction.

 

Jason Brumm
Mr. Brumm is a skilled database and BI professional. His industry experience includes 6 years in health care IT during which he built HIPAA compliant solutions for the exchange and warehousing of medical claims data, designed applications to invoice for patient management services and track member eligibility, and programmed systems to analyze and report on patient outcomes. Prior to that, he spent 4 years developing BI reporting and OLAP solutions on Baan ERP implementations for manufacturing companies. Jason holds a BS in Computer and Information Systems from the University of Florida.

 

Dan Ervin
Mr. Ervin has over 20 years of multi-industry, multi-disciplinary experience in Project and Program Management including telecommunications, satellite remote-sensing and healthcare. Mr. Ervin's proficiencies include operational and technical process development, change management and implementation strategies with a focus on cost savings and improved efficiency achieved through Total Quality Management (TQM) as a Six Sigma Black-Belt practitioner. Mr. Ervin has extensive experience in Mobile Workforce Management (WFM) projects as well as organizational development and operational infrastructure assessment capabilities to define and implement strategies, solutions, and processes achieving consistent and measurable results.

 

Steve Hobbs, CMA, PMP
Mr. Hobbs is a proven leader with broad based Information Systems, Financial, Supply Chain and Logistics Management experience. For the last fifteen years, he has focused on implementing enterprise systems for large and midsized businesses in a variety of industries. Previously he served in Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Operations Manager positions. He has also performed accounting and financial consulting services including business planning and process improvement. He has the experience and insight to analyze complex problems and work with senior management to evaluate potential solutions. His qualifications are further highlighted by the Certified Management Accountant and Project Management Professional certifications he has achieved. He also serves as a Telecom and Cable Systems Expert for Standard & Poors and Reuters. Mr. Hobbs has a long track record of getting projects done on time and on budget for clients such as Verizon, Sirius Satellite Radio, AT&T Broadband, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Southwest Bell, TCI, Echostar, SBC, ICG and Frontier Communications. He recently served as an application reviewer for the Federal Broadband Technology Opportunity Program that is distributing $7.2 billion to improve broadband access in the U.S.

 

Rebecca King
Ms. King has worked for the past 8 years as a software engineer, focusing on the application development realm. Her career path has given her the opportunity to work with a wide variety of BI web development tools, from Adobe and Microsoft software to a number of development languages. Ms. King has worked as a developer on several web sites and business processes, which include the eBags and Tumi international web sites, the Shane Company web site, and the Luuvee UK dating site. Ms. Kinghas worked as a developer on sites such as eBags, Tumi, and the Shane Company. These sites are both customer facing and internal. She has also designed solutions to present internal reporting based around different data sources with clean and easy to use results, such as a competitive market research application for One Touch Intelligence. These experiences allow Ms. King to provide a custom solution to our clients. Her most recent certification is Microsoft Certified Professional Developer in .NET 3.5.

 

Kurt Larson
Mr. Larson has 14 years of experience in information technology and has held roles in the areas of systems support management, network architecture, network security and software development process management. Mr. Larson has held positions in the financial, real-estate and healthcare markets specializing in many areas of technology management and engineering. He holds multiple industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Novell and Citrix and has a BS in Mathematics with an emphasis on Statistics from the University of Wisconsin.

 


Ian Mackenzie
Ian Mackenzie has been providing business intelligence solutions for ten years. His has contributed to success in designing multiple solutions focused on everything from departmental data marts to enterprise data warehouse projects. Ian has developed considerable experience with the Microsoft business intelligence product suite, including Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008, and in depth experience with SQL Server Data Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS), and Reporting Services (SSRS). Ian's proficiencies include Microsoft SQL Server data administration, security, and maintenance, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft SharePoint 2.0 and 3.0 technologies, OLAP architecture, Microsoft ProClarity and Microsoft Performance Point 2007 applications. Ian was chosen in 2007 as a presenter at the annual Lockheed Martin Mission Critical Enterprise Systems conference, lecturing on business intelligence and data warehousing. He is a member of the Professional Association for SQL Server (PASS), and is certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes. 

 

Abe Stalker
Mr. Stalker has 10+ years of experience as a MCDBA Microsoft Certified Database Administrator. His expertise has enabled him to implement and manage large business intelligence analytical initiatives to support business analytics. Whether it is building a business intelligent platform using legacy reporting platforms or utilizing existing dashboards or reporting services, Mr. Stalker's experience allows him to provide the custom deliverable for our clients. Mr. Stalker is a MCDBA Microsoft Certified Database Administrator with development and scripting expertise in the areas of MDX, SSIS, DTS and TSQL with a firm background in MS Reporting Services, Proclarity, PerformancePoint and Business Object Crystal Reports.

 

Lisa Stanek
Ms. Stanek has over 25 years of business experience in Project Management, Business/Systems Analysis, Product Development, and Business Management.  She has a background in a wide variety of industries and has spent the past 10 years in telecommunications/cable, working extensively with numerous billing and provisioning systems.  Her most recent project management activities have included the implementation of flow-through telephony billing and provisioning systems in over 15 cable markets and the coordination of billing system code standardizations and market merges.  Ms. Stanek is skilled in systems/process improvement and has been responsible for the creation of an improved, integrated national systems support structure as well as the development of product and business plans and models.  She has a thorough understanding of end-to-end order flow, has proven that she is a skilled leader of cross departmental project teams, and has extensive experience with issue identification, tracking and resolution.  Ms. Stanek has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado and Masters of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.

 

David Williams
David Williams has a broad range of experience in many job categories that makes him a resourceful and efficient team member. Trained initially as a High School German teacher, he has also previously worked in Cooking, Security, Purchasing, Team Management, Live Music and Audio Production and Satellite Business Television Technical Support. David began his IT career in 2000 providing first tier support to software developers for Microsoft Corporation. He has earned multiple premier certifications in Microsoft’s development products including SQL Server and .NET Framework development. David provided technical support for SQL Server for Microsoft's Premier and Professional level customers and then changed directions to become a software developer in 2007. Since then he has enjoyed creating dynamic, data-driven web applications for industries as diverse as State Government, Entertainment, Finance and Telecommunications.

 

Lucile Williams
Ms. Williams has over 20 years of experience in Program / Project Management and Business Process Optimization across a wide variety of industries including high-tech manufacturing, telecommunications, software engineering, emergency management systems, and healthcare. Ms. Williams' proficiencies include change leadership, strategic and tactical planning, process re-engineering, and business process optimization. As a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Ms. Williams focuses on the customer and how organizations can better meet their customer's needs while remaining competitive in a changing global market.

 

Keith Barritt
Keith Barritt has over 10 years of experience in designing and building Data Warehouses across a wide variety of industries including education, finance and health services. Mr. Barritt’s proficiencies include reporting and analytics applications, helping to provide a wide range of solutions for data to end users and account executives. His database and application knowledge covers a wide range of technologies including the Microsoft Stack with a primary focus on SQL Server, OLAP and Reporting Services. Mr. Barritt’s ability to adapt and work in fast paced development environments allows for timely deliverables with great precision.
