Mrs. Batenburg is an accomplished team leader with twenty years of successful management experience in projects from start-up, through full life-cycle. She holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. She has extensive experience assessing organizational, technical, and operational infrastructure to define and implement strategies, solutions, and processes that leverage resources to improve quality and performance. Her experience enables her to work with virtual and cross-functional teams to gain consensus, cooperation and support for ideas, processes, alternatives, and to influence direction. Mrs. Batenburg is currently on assignment at Information Handling Services (IHS-Energy).

Kurt Larson
Mr. Larson has 14 years of experience in information technology and has held roles in the areas of systems support management, network architecture, network security and software development process management. Mr. Larson has held positions in the financial, real-estate and healthcare markets specializing in many areas of technology management and engineering. He holds multiple industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Novell and Citrix and has a BS in Mathematics with an emphasis on Statistics from the University of Wisconsin.

Lisa Stanek
Ms. Stanek has over 25 years of business experience in Project Management, Business/Systems Analysis, Product Development, and Business Management.  She has a background in a wide variety of industries and has spent the past 10 years in telecommunications/cable, working extensively with numerous billing and provisioning systems.  Her most recent project management activities have included the implementation of flow-through telephony billing and provisioning systems in over 15 cable markets and the coordination of billing system code standardizations and market merges.  Ms. Stanek is skilled in systems/process improvement and has been responsible for the creation of an improved, integrated national systems support structure as well as the development of product and business plans and models.  She has a thorough understanding of end-to-end order flow, has proven that she i s a skilled leader of cross departmental project teams, and has extensive experience with issue identification, tracking and resolution.  Ms. Stanek has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado and Masters of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Michael Francis
Mr. Francis has over 15 years Operational and Systems Management experience, including Customer Service, Team Dynamics, Team Development, and Process and Property Management.  Mr. Francis has extensive experience designing and developing customer care systems, KPI tracking methods, and developing and implementing corporate sales plans. Since 1997, he has worked as a Systems Conversion Consultant specializing in the media, education, ISP, cable, and telecommunications industries, with the majority of his focus on cable and telecommunications systems. Steve Hobbs, CMA, PMP
Mr. Hobbs has thirty years of broad based systems, financial and operations management experience. For the last fifteen years, he has focused on implementing systems for large and mid sized businesses in a variety of industries. Previously he served in Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Operations Manager positions. He has also performed accounting and financial consulting services including business planning and process improvement. He has the experience and insight to analyze complex problems and work with senior management to evaluate potential solutions. Trish Thornton
