Jim Arnot
Jim Arnot has over 20 years of sales and sales management experience selling complex solutions across multiple industries. He has a proven record of achieving and exceeding bottom-line results by creating value driven solutions for his customers. Prior to joining BATMANN, Mr. Arnot worked for Nortel as a member of their Managed Services team. He has held various sales, sales management, and business development roles with Aspect Software, AT&T, ICG, and Viable Resources. Mr. Arnot has a BA in Sales Management from California State University, Fullerton.

 

 

Michael Francis
Mr. Francis has over 15 years Operational and Systems Management experience, including Customer Service, Team Dynamics, Team Development, and Process and Property Management.  Mr. Francis has extensive experience designing and developing customer care systems, KPI tracking methods, and developing and implementing corporate sales plans. Mr. Francis has extensive training in Financial Analysis, Product Marketing, and Team Leadership.  He has two BA degrees from the University of Denver and the Université de Paris III (Sorbonne Nouvelle), as well as an MBA from the University of Denver.

 

 

David Geras
David Geras has over 25 years of global enterprise software sales, business development and marketing experience. He has negotiated numerous domestic and international software sales, OEM, reseller and distribution agreements and successfully built and managed Japan country operations for major U.S. software companies. Prior to joining BATMANN, Mr. Geras worked for IBM in a number of domestic and international sales roles. He has held various sales and management positions with CMMC, BMC Software, FTP Software, Sun Microsystems, Sony and NEC. Mr. Geras has a BS in Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
